Important Note

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. Weather-related cancellations are handled with full consideration for guest safety and satisfaction.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Severe Weather: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling
  • Safety Concerns: 100% refund within 3-5 business days
  • Mechanical Issues: Full refund or alternative yacht of equal value
Guest-Initiated Weather Cancellations:
  • Minor Weather: Standard cancellation policy applies
  • Guest Comfort: 50% refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
Weather Guidelines

We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24-48 hours before your charter if conditions may affect your trip. Our experienced captains make final safety decisions on charter day.

Medical Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected medical situations can arise. Our policy provides reasonable accommodations for documented medical emergencies.

Covered Situations:
  • Hospitalization of guest or immediate family
  • Death in immediate family
  • Doctor-ordered medical restrictions
  • Pregnancy complications
Required Documentation:
  • Medical certificate or hospital record
  • Death certificate (if applicable)
  • Doctor's note with restrictions
  • Official documentation dated before charter
Emergency Refund Process

Medical emergency cancellations with proper documentation receive 85% refund regardless of cancellation timing. Submit documentation within 48 hours of cancellation for expedited processing.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to process your cancellation and refund request:

Include your booking confirmation, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if applicable.

Step 3: Confirmation

We'll send you a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours with refund details and processing VAtBSQBVCM.

Step 4: Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our cancellation policy coverage.

Important

Travel insurance should be purchased within 14 days of your initial booking for maximum coverage benefits.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to appear for their scheduled charter without prior notice are subject to our no-show policy.

No-Show Terms
  • Grace Period: 30 minutes past scheduled departure time
  • No Refund: 100% forfeiture of charter fee
  • Late Arrival: Charter time is not extended, standard rates apply for time used
  • Emergency Exception: Documented emergencies considered case-by-case
